A warm, funny, feel-good series chronicling the many adventures based on naturalist Gerald Durrell's trilogy of novels. The Durrells in Corfu sees impoverished widow Louisa Durrell (Keeley Hawes, MI-5) make the radical decision to leave 1930s England to seek out a new destiny for her family before she and her children go completely off the rails. When Louisa relocates her reluctant brood to a dilapidated house in the Greek sun, the Durrells face a whole new set of challenges as they meet new friends, rivals, lovers - and animals. In Season 2, follow the further exploits of the eccentric Durrell family as they embrace life on the gorgeous Greek island and continue to put down roots. Doing their best to settle into the community, they undertake what they must to navigate life and earn enough money.
